Manila to the Highlands: Scenic Journey to Banaue

Your adventure begins with an early morning flight to Cauayan Aiprort.

Upon arrival, your private driver will greet you for a 3–4-hour scenic drive into the mountains toward Banaue. Along the way, stop at picturesque highlights including Magat Dam, the stunning Mayoyao and Ducligan Rice Terraces, and the serpentine beauty of Ducligan Snake-Shaped River. Enjoy panoramic views of the Bangaan Rice Terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before arriving at your accommodation, nestled in the highlands. DAY 2

Soul of Sagada: Burial Caves, Weaving & Echo Valley

Fuel up with an early breakfast, then head off for a full-day tour through Sagada and the Mountain Province. Begin with a visit to the Bayyo and Bontoc Rice Terraces, followed by breakfast in the cool mountain air. Then dive deep into Sagada’s mystique, with a guided walk to the legendary Hanging Coffins of Echo Valley, followed by stops at the Sagada Pottery Center and traditional Sagada Weaving. After lunch, explore the ancient Lumniang Burial Cave and enter the mouth of the dramatic Sumaguing Cave.

Return to your accommodation by 17:00H for a restful evening.

Ifugao Heritage Trek: From Pula to Cambulo

Check out early, leaving your main luggage securely stored and packing a small daypack for an overnight village trek. After breakfast, begin with a visit to the Banaue Viewpoint, then start your hike from Pula Village, passing through lush rice terraces and local homes along the way. Enjoy lunch in Pula, then continue the scenic trek to Cambulo Village, surrounded by emerald rice paddies and steep mountainsides. Upon arrival, check in to a simple village guesthouse and enjoy a warm dinner and a special evening cultural program, where local children perform traditional songs and dances.

Overnight in Cambulo offers a rare glimpse into authentic Ifugao life.

Trek to Batad & Tappiyah Waterfalls + Transfer to Cauayan

Wake up to the mountain breeze and enjoy breakfast in the village. Today’s highlight is the UNESCO-listed Batad Rice Terraces, with their spectacular amphitheater-shaped landscape. Trek to the Top Viewpoint for jaw-dropping scenery, then continue on a nature hike to the refreshing Tappiyah Waterfalls, where you’ll enjoy lunch by the cascade. Afterward, return to the trailhead and begin your drive back to the lowlands.
