Cancellation and refund policy:
1. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 14 days before arrival.
2. To cancel your booking, please contact Happiness Philippines © by email or telephone.
3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the stay.
4. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the stay.
5. Refunds will be made within 28 days of cancellation.
