Claiming Guidelines

All winners of the Costume Contest are required to comply with the following claiming guidelines:

• Claiming Method: Send a direct message to @happinesselnido with your full details for verification.
• Required Details: Full Name, Contact Number, Address, Instagram Post Entry Link, Account Link, and Proof of Ticket (photo or screenshot).
• Verification Requirement: Present a valid government-issued ID upon claiming. The name must match your submitted details and Instagram confirmation.
• Claim Location: All prizes must be claimed in person at Happiness El Nido. Schedule will be coordinated via direct message.
• Prize Inclusion: Cash and vouchers will be released together upon successful verification.
• Claiming Period: Prizes must be claimed within two (2) weeks from the date of announcement. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
• Non-Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the registered winner unless approved by management.
• Finality of Decision: All decisions made by the organizers are final and binding.
